Heavily criticising Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar over the usage of derogatory language in the state assembly while attempting to explain the role of education and the role of women in population control, and remarks on Jeetan Ram Manjhi, Bharatiya Janata Party Rajya Sabha MP Sushil Kumar Modi went on to say that Nitish Kumar is suffering from some serious mental issue on November 10. He further said that Nitish Kumar should resign and rest now. While speaking to ANI, Sushil Kumar Modi said, ‘I think Nitish Kumar is suffering from a serious disease. I have known for the past 40 years… I have never seen him this angry. The statement he has made does not suit his nature. He should resign and take rest now.’
