A second man, Soiheem Hussain, has been charged with the murder of Vignesh Raman, an Indian restaurant manager in Reading. Raman was found dead after a collision between his bike and a vehicle on Valentine’s Day. Hussain appeared in Reading crown court, along with Shazeb Khalid, who was previously charged with Raman’s murder. Both men were remanded in custody. A trial by jury has been scheduled for August. Several other individuals are still under investigation in connection with this case.
