Amidst political turmoil in the state, PWD minister Vikramaditya Singh met six disqualified Congress MLAs in Chandigarh on Monday night on his way back from Delhi. He had previously met the dissident MLAs on his way to Delhi, which had sparked speculation about his future moves. During his visit to Delhi, he also met Congress leaders Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and KC Venugopal. The six dissident MLAs have filed a petition in the Supreme Court challenging their disqualification, and a hearing on the matter is scheduled for Wednesday.
