Prime Minister Narendra Modi presented the Most Creative Creator-Male award to popular prank call artist RJ Raunac, also known as Bauaa, at Bharat Mandapam in the national capital. The award, part of the National Creators Award, received significant public participation, with over 150,000 nominations and approximately one million votes. It aims to recognize excellence and impact in storytelling, social change advocacy, environmental sustainability, education, and gaming. RJ Raunac, well-known for his witty humor and skilled ventriloquism, expressed his delight at receiving an award from the Prime Minister.
Expressing his thoughts on the event, RJ Raunac said, ‘It was a great event… A total of 23 awards were given today. Our responsibility has increased, and now the content that we put in will have more impact on society. Radio has always been very close to PM Modi… He spoke out inspiring the youth with our content…’
The National Creators Award is a platform that recognizes excellence and impact in various fields. With categories such as storytelling, social change advocacy, environmental sustainability, education, and gaming, the award aims to harness creativity for positive change. The award received an overwhelming response, with 150,000 nominations and approximately one million votes in the digital creators’ category.
In the first round of nominations, 23 winners, including three international creators, were selected across twenty different categories. Some of the categories include Best Storyteller, Disruptor of the Year, Celebrity Creator of the Year, Green Champion, Best Creator for Social Change, Most Impactful Agri Creator, Cultural Ambassador of the Year, and International Creator. Other categories include the Best Travel Creator Award, Swachhta Ambassador Award, The New India Champion Award, Tech Creator Award, Heritage Fashion Icon Award, Most Creative Creator (Male and Female), Best Creator in Food Category, Best Creator in Education Category, Best Creator in Gaming Category, Best Micro Creator, Best Nano Creator, and Best Health and Fitness Creator.
