Former Minister H.D. Revanna’s son, H.D. Revanna, has filed his nomination as a candidate for the Hassan Lok Sabha seat. The election will see him going up against Prajwal Revanna, the grandson of former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda. This is not H.D. Revanna’s first election, as he had previously contested in the Lok Sabha polls in 2009 and 2014. Despite facing pressure to withdraw his nomination, he remains determined to stand as a candidate.
