Class VIII Student in Kerala Dies due to Electrocution at School

On a regular Thursday morning, a Class VIII student, Midhun from Thevalakkara Boys High School in Kollam, Kerala, met with a tragic fate. While playing on school grounds, his footwear landed on a shed roof. In an attempt to retrieve it, he climbed onto the roof, slipped, and touched a low-hanging live electric line, leading to his untimely death. The incident left his schoolmates traumatized, and the community in grief. Efforts are underway to inform his mother, who is currently abroad.
