Nepal's Prime Minister K P Sharma Oli is scheduled to embark on an official visit to India in mid-September, as announced by the Foreign Ministry. While the detailed schedules are yet to be finalized, sources suggest that Oli will visit India on September 16 for a two-day trip. Oli, who is the chairperson of the Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist), had chosen China for his maiden foreign visit last year, deviating from the tradition of visiting India first after assuming office.
