The Allahabad High Court has dismissed YouTuber Elvish Yadav's plea in a case involving snake venom. Elvish Yadav had filed a plea seeking protection from arrest after a complaint was lodged against him for allegedly using snake venom. The court rejected his plea, stating that the police could proceed with the investigation. Yadav's lawyer argued that the snake venom was not used for any illegal activities but for entertainment purposes only. However, the court upheld the police investigation in the case.
