Godrej Properties Ltd has just scored big by winning a top bid for a massive 7.82-acre land in Hyderabad! The announcement came on Thursday through a regulatory filing. The company took part in an exciting e-auction hosted by the Telangana Housing Board (TGHB). In this fierce bidding contest, Godrej came out on top with a winning offer of Rs 547.75 crore for the land parcel located in Kukatpally, also known as KPHB. This area is one of Hyderabad’s fastest-growing hot spots. Now, the Telangana Housing Board will complete its formal process and issue an allotment letter to Godrej Properties.
