Modi also laid the foundation stones for nine working women’s hostels worth Rs 142 crore, giving working women a safe and comfortable space to live and work. Health gets top priority with super-speciality and healthcare facilities set to be built at a cost of Rs 105 crore. A healthier Manipur, anyone? Sports lovers, get ready! A multipurpose indoor stadium at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex in Imphal will rise with Rs 36 crore investment, ready to host thrilling games and events. Education and connectivity shine bright too. The government plans to strengthen facilities in 120 schools spread across all 16 districts for Rs 134 crore. Rural connectivity, education, and tourism will also get a boost with projects worth Rs 102 crore. Infrastructure development isn’t stopping! Around Polo Ground, a Rs 30 crore revamp is on the cards. Plus, the important highway NH 102 A in the Tengnoupal section will be upgraded with a massive Rs 502 crore fund, making travel safer and faster.
