New Delhi got a big political jolt as BJP fired fresh shots at Bihar's RJD on Monday. They cautioned voters not to be fooled by RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav's exciting promise of giving every household a government job if his party wins. According to BJP, this dream will turn sour — people won't get jobs but could lose their land instead! Ravi Shankar Prasad of BJP didn't stop there. He launched a sharp attack on RJD bigwigs like Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi, and Tejashwi himself. This came right after a special court decided to frame charges against them in a suspected IRCTC scam that happened during Lalu's time as railway minister. Prasad said, "It is a historic day, and corruption of RJD's ruling family has been exposed again." That’s a massive claim! He even jabbed at Tejashwi Yadav, who is seen as the main face of the opposition and potential chief minister, saying, "He is going to change Bihar with the charge of Section 420 of IPC (dealing with cheating)." Adding more spice, Prasad charged that "Eating fodder, drinking bitumen, manipulation in award of govt contracts and acquiring land by promising jobs was Lalu's time-tested model of governance." Ouch! These words brought back memories of long-standing accusations against Lalu’s family. Bihar's election scene just got a lot more colorful as BJP and RJD continue to clash over promises and scandals. Voters have a front-row seat to witness this political drama unfold!
