Hold on to your hats, luxury lovers! Realty giant M3M India is splashing a whopping ₹2,100 crore to bring the first-ever Jacob & Co-branded homes to India, right in Noida. Jacob & Company is famous worldwide for its stunning high-jewellery watches, and now it’s stepping into the housing scene with style. The project, called 'Jacob & Co. Residences, Noida', was launched with the founder himself, Jacob Arabo, in attendance. M3M Group, known for its swanky Trump-branded homes in Gurugram, is developing this ultra-luxury marvel on 6 lush acres. The first phase will see 150 premium residences, followed by 100 more ultra-luxury serviced homes in phase two. Prices? Brace yourself – these posh pads will cost between ₹14 crore and ₹25 crore each. The company expects to rake in ₹3,500 crore from this dazzling venture, scheduled for delivery in the next three years. Pankaj Bansal, M3M India Promoter, proudly states, "This collaboration with Jacob & Co. reflects our strategic focus on elevating the standard of luxury living in India." Jacob Arabo shared his excitement too: "At Jacob & Co., we have always believed in pushing boundaries of design, innovation, and experience. India represents an exciting frontier for luxury, and we see tremendous potential in this collaboration." He added, "This partnership is not only about residences, but establishing a new benchmark for ultra-luxury living in one of the world's most dynamic markets." So far, M3M has dazzled with 40 projects covering 20 million square feet and is working on 17 more spanning 40 million square feet. With this latest venture, they’re set to dazzle the luxury market in India like never before!
