AdaniConneX Buys Trade Castle Tech Park for Rs 231 Crore to Boost Digital India and AI Dreams
November 22, 2025
Big news in India's tech space! Adani Enterprise’s joint venture, AdaniConneX, grabbed the Trade Castle Tech Park for Rs 231.34 crore on Thursday. What’s cooking? They plan to build top-notch digital infrastructure on this prime land. AdaniConneX signed a Share Purchase Agreement on November 21, 2025, to buy 100% stake from Trade Castle Tech Park Private Limited (TCTPPL), Shree Naman Developers, and Jayesh Shah, as per their filing.
This land comes with key licenses already in hand, giving AdaniConneX a flying start to launch infrastructure projects swiftly. Remember, AdaniConneX is no ordinary player – it’s a power-packed JV between the Adani Group and global data center operator EdgeConneX. Their mission? Build a whopping 1 gigawatt (GW) of data center capacity across India in the next decade!
Today, AdaniConneX is running data centers in Chennai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Pune, and Hyderabad. But the best is yet to come. In October, they announced a blockbuster tie-up with Google to develop India’s biggest AI data center campus in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. This giant project is worth around USD 15 billion over five years (2026-2030), featuring huge data center operations powered by clean energy and strong subsea cable networks.
Google’s AI hub in Visakhapatnam will handle India's toughest AI workloads, and will come alive with help from AdaniConneX and Airtel, making it a true team effort.
Gautam Adani, Group Chairman, called this move "more than just an investment in infrastructure," saying the company is proud to join Google on this historic path. He said this partnership will "define the future of India's digital landscape."
So, buckle up! With AdaniConneX expanding fast and Google’s mega AI plans, India's digital future looks bright and booming. This Rs 231 crore deal is just the sizzling start!
