Cement maker ACC has announced a standalone net profit of Rs 384.29 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2023, compared to a loss in the same quarter last year.
The Adani Group has secured a $3.5 billion financing package from international banks to refinance the debt taken for the acquisition of Ambuja Cements and ACC. The loan, with a tenor of three years, will lead to approximately $300 million in interest cost savings.
