When asked on Tuesday about India’s oil relationship with Russia, Minister of External Affairs S. The collaboration of the Union Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs with Delhi Tourism decided to put women-led kiosks for local regional food shops on the Kartavya Path. After the death of 66 children in Gambia, WHO has alerted the Indian government to ban four cough syrups of the Indian pharmaceuticals company- Maiden Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Sonipat, Haryana. The syrups Promethazine Oral Solution, Kofexmalin Baby Cough Syrup and Magrip N Cold Syrup, contain “contaminants” diethylene glycol and ethylene glycol, which are toxic for human consumption. The products were sent to Gambia for testing in intents of quality parameters, as found out by the CDSCO (Central Drug Standard Control Organization).

The central government has decided to provide medical colleges’ reservations to children who have been abandoned due to their parents being compromised in Jammu & Kashmir terrorism. By scoring a minimum of 50% in science subjects of physics, chemistry, biology, will these children be eligible to claim their reservation, which will then be ranked via NEET score of minimum 50%. The reservation criteria include children with first preference whose both parents died in terrorism. It also includes children of people posted by the Centre in J&K and compromised.
A five-judge bench gave the verdict of 10% reservation applicable for people belonging to Economically Weaker Section (EWS), by a ratio of 3:2. However, now the verdict is under re-evaluation due to the court having failed to notice the Centre’s criteria to determine the EWS by at least ₹8 lakh per annum. Another criteria to examine the verdict is to focus on the 50% cap criteria, as it wasn’t touched by the bench, neither was brought into notice by the three issues presented by the 5 judge bench.
DSP Vidya Kishore Mishra has been demoted to the post of sub-inspector by the UP government after a video of him accepting ₹ 5 lakh bribe went viral. He was trying to hinder in a case of gang rape, wherein inspector Vinod Singh Yadav had been booked as one of the accused in 2021. The case was found upon investigation by SIT officials of Women cell in Moradabad, putting sections 364 (abduction), 201 (causing disappearance of evidence) and 120 (criminal conspiracy). The demotion of Mishra was announced on twitter on Tuesday.
A muslim boy was brutally thrashed by the family of his Hindu beau in Saharanpur, UP. Tannu Saini was a 19 year old BSc student alongside Zia-ur-Rehman. Found lying unconscious with severe injuries outside the house after his parents were informed, the boy was rushed to a nearby hospital, but was shifted to Dehradun, where he died. The girl, too, hung herself after the incident. CBI has alleged that the beginning point of the outbreak of the SSC jobs-for-cash case has been found, which was the hiring of Santi Prasad Sinha, ex-advisor at West Bengal Central School Service Commission. His hiring was allegedly done through amending the ways of the SSC Panel. Sinha had retired from Yogesh Chandra College in 2012; however Partha Chatterjee brought him on board when the former was 68 years old. India’s first ever privately-developed rocket will be sent to space between November 12th and 16th, by the start-up company Skyroot Aerospace. The rocket, Vikram-S, is a single stage suborbital test rocket, which will ensure multiple technologies in the upcoming Vikram series of space vehicles. The vehicle, set to being launched from Sriharikota, will be carrying three customer payloads, one of which is foreign non-profit space research lab. The other two pertain to India, one of which is built by another Indian start-up called Space Kidz India.

ISRO’s new project the Gaganyaan mission, collaborated by many countries like Russia, Australia, France, will begin its testing from early February next year, informed R Umamaheswaran, director of the agency's human spaceflight centre. Consisting of a crew module and an environment control system, the project will include at least 17 different tests, along with the Indian space brand using Chinook helicopters and C-17 Globemaster aircraft for the same. The team, having trained its astronauts in Russia, plans on completing their first human space flight by 2024-25.

US auto safety regulators have launched an investigation into Alphabet's Waymo self-driving vehicles following reports of driving behavior that may have violated traffic safety laws. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is evaluating approximately 444 Waymo vehicles based on 22 incidents, including 17 collisions.
