Telangana Rajiv Swagruha Corporation announced a public auction of 137 open land plots in three locations. The auction in Thorrur, near the IT corridor in Adibatla, will take place on February 7 and 8. The auctions for plots in Kurmlaguda, near Shamshabad airport, and Bahadurpally, near Outer Ring Road (ORR), will be held on February 8. Buyers must pay Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) either at MeeSeva Centres or through a Demand Draft. Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Managing Director V.P. Gautham said, "The EMD for the plots in Thorrur is ₹2 lakh, payable before February 6. For Bahadurpally plots, it is ₹3 lakh and for Kurmlaguda plots ₹2 lakh, both payable before February 7." There are 105 plots in Thorrur measuring 200 to 500 square yards with an offset price of ₹25,000 each for auctions. Kurmlaguda has 20 plots sized 200 to 300 square yards with an offset price of ₹20,000. Bahadurpally offers 12 plots ranging between 200 and 1000 square yards. Corner plots there have an offset price of ₹30,000 and other plots ₹27,000.
