Two drivers of senior officials in Jharkhand’s Palamu district have been arrested for allegedly raping a 32-year-old woman near Daltonganj railway station. The incident occurred when the woman arrived at the railway station and was taken to a room by the drivers. The woman filed a complaint, leading to the quick arrest of the accused.

The government has ordered a CID probe into the exam scam at the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA). Over 30 accused, including the kingpin RD Patil, have been arrested. Several FIRs have been registered in connection with the scam in Yadgir and Kalaburagi. Candidates were caught using Bluetooth devices disguised as hearing aids to cheat in the competitive examinations. The case files have been handed over to the Criminal Investigation Department.
