The Atal Tunnel, also known as the Rohtang Tunnel, in Himachal Pradesh experienced fresh snowfall recently. The tunnel, an engineering marvel in the Himalayas, was closed due to heavy snow on the Manali-Leh highway. In addition to disrupting traffic, the snowfall attracted a large number of tourists to the Solang valley.
