HDFC Capital, a subsidiary of HDFC Bank Ltd and the real estate private equity arm of HDFC Group, has exited from a Total Environment project in Bangalore with a return of close to Rs 300 crore. The project involved the development of residential and commercial space in Whitefield, Bangalore.
Antara Senior Living, a subsidiary of the Max Group, has teamed up with Max Estates to create an integrated senior living facility in India. Antara plans to launch one project per year, with expansion into cities like Bangalore and Chennai. The company will focus on inter-generational projects where senior living is part of a larger complex. Antara will also offer assisted care services, health and wellness solutions, and care-at-home services.
