Bharti Telecom Ltd (BTL) has acquired an additional 1.35% stake in Bharti Airtel from Indian Continent Investment Ltd (ICIL) through a block deal. With this transaction, BTL’s holding in Bharti Airtel has increased to 39.59%. The deal was executed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited for a total amount of Rs 8,301.73 crore.
