A labourer in Bihar’s East Champaran allegedly hacked his wife and three minor daughters to death following a quarrel. The man, who had previously pushed another daughter to death from a train in Uttar Pradesh, is currently on the run. The police have filed an FIR and are conducting raids to apprehend him.
