India is set to implement a multi-pronged approach to combat online and phone frauds, involving both government and private telecom companies. The Calling Name Presentation (CNAP) service will be operational within 100 days of the new government’s takeover, and a National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) will be operationalised.
