The Central Railway, Mumbai division will conduct a megablock on its suburban sections, leading to inconvenience for commuters. Maintenance and engineering works will be carried out on the Thane-Kalyan Up and Down Fast lines, as well as on the Harbour line. Passengers are advised to plan their journeys accordingly.
Indian Railways will run the Bharat Gaurav train for tourists from Mumbai’s CSMT starting from November 17. The train will cover multiple destinations including Pune, Solapur, Guntakal, Renigunta, Rameshwaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari, and Kochuveli. This themed train aims to showcase the rich cultural and religious heritage of Bharat to domestic and international tourists.
