YouTuber A. Shankar, popularly known as ‘Savukku’ Shankar, has been detained under the Goondas Act by the Chennai City Police. He was arrested by the Central Crime Branch (CCB) based on a complaint by Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA) for tarnishing their reputation with false documents.
