Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh has announced plans to establish library halls for each of the recognized ethnic tribes in the state. The government aims to set up a hall for all 33 or 34 tribes at an estimated cost of Rs 10 crore. Additionally, a guest house for the tribal chiefs in the hills will be inaugurated before the New Year. Singh also emphasized the need to appreciate and fulfill responsibilities towards building a strong India.
