Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal asserts that India is fulfilling its role as a consensus builder in the World Trade Organisation (WTO) but certain nations are disrupting consensus on certain issues. Goyal made these comments during the 13th ministerial conference (MC) of the WTO in Abu Dhabi.
