East Midnapore police have filed an FIR against NIA and CRPF officials following a complaint by the wife of Trinamool worker Monobrata Jana. The complaint alleges that the officials tried to outrage her modesty after forcibly entering her residence. NIA had arrested Jana in connection with a 2022 blast case monitored by the High Court.
