Congress central observers Bhupinder Singh Hooda and D K Shivakumar held meetings with party MLAs in Shimla, but the six rebel legislators who cross-voted during the Rajya Sabha polls were not present. The rebel MLAs had already left for Panchkula before the observers arrived. Feedback was taken from the MLAs during the meetings.
