The Nifty Realty index closed on a positive note with Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Sobha Ltd., Macrotech Developers, Oberoi Realty, and DLF Ltd. as the top gainers. Brigade Enterprises Ltd. and Phoenix Mills Ltd. were the top losers. The Nifty Realty index closed at 933.1, while the NSE Nifty50 index ended at 22336.4.
Shares of DLF Ltd. traded 0.4% down at Rs 646.8 on Tuesday, while Sensex advanced 268.3 points to 69133.42. The stock trades at a P/E multiple of 71.49 and a P/B ratio of 2.34.
