Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates India’s first underwater Metro in Kolkata and takes a Metro ride with lucky schoolkids. The newly opened Metro lines connecting Kolkata and Howrah will be open to the public in the next week. The East-West Metro, currently incomplete, is expected to be fully operational by October-end.
