DLF, one of the top real estate developers in India, has revealed its intention to undertake a prestigious luxury housing project in Gurugram. The project is estimated to be worth Rs 25,000 crore, emphasizing DLF’s commitment to providing high-end residential options.
The Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) court in Gurugram has penalized Vatika Limited for violating the builder buyer agreement. Vatika Limited has been found in violation of Section 13 of the Act 2016 and has been imposed a penalty of Rs 1,00,000 for each complaint. The court has also directed Vatika Limited to execute the registered buyer’s agreement within 30 days.
Antara Senior Living, a subsidiary of the Max Group, has teamed up with Max Estates to create an integrated senior living facility in India. Antara plans to launch one project per year, with expansion into cities like Bangalore and Chennai. The company will focus on inter-generational projects where senior living is part of a larger complex. Antara will also offer assisted care services, health and wellness solutions, and care-at-home services.
