Ten crew members died after two helicopters collided in mid-air during a rehearsal for a Royal Malaysian Navy parade at the Lumut naval base. The victims were identified as seven crew members from an AW139 maritime operation helicopter and three crew members from a Fennec lightweight helicopter. The cause of the accident is currently under investigation.
