The department for promotion of industry and internal trade (DPIIT), ministry of commerce and industry, held a review meeting with states and union territories to monitor the adoption of PM GatiShakti National Master Plan (NMP) and effective use of State Master Plan (SMP) portals for infrastructure planning. The meeting emphasized the benefits of data-driven decision-making and outlined the importance of adopting the ‘whole of government’ approach for infrastructure and social sector planning.
