The Enforcement Directorate (ED) conducted searches at 23 locations in Rajasthan, targeting individuals linked to alleged irregularities in the Jal Jeevan Mission project. The ED claims that those targeted are close to PHED minister Mahesh Joshi and senior IAS officer Subodh Agarwal. BJP MP Kirodi Lal Meena has alleged a scam worth Rs 20,000 crores in the scheme. Congress has criticized the searches, accusing the BJP of using government agencies for political purposes.
