The CBI is expected to file a comprehensive charge sheet in the land-for-jobs case involving Lalu Prasad, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav, and Prem Chand Gupta. The charge sheet will highlight the alleged role of RJD Rajya Sabha member Prem Chand Gupta, who is said to have played a key role in the purchase of lands for illegal benefits. The CBI is planning to file the charge sheets in a phased manner to avoid delays in the trial.
