The state government of Goa has granted below the poverty line (BPL) ration cards to 10 survivors of human trafficking with the help of an NGO and the Goa State Legal Services Authority. The survivors expressed relief and happiness as they no longer have to struggle for food. This initiative marks a significant milestone in the fight against human trafficking, allowing the survivors and their families to benefit from government schemes.
