The makers of ‘Chandni Bar’ have announced that the sequel, titled ‘Chandni Bar 2’, will release in December 2025. The original film, directed by Madhur Bhandarkar, won a National Award in 2001. The screenplay writer of the original, Mohan Azad, will be directing the sequel and has almost completed the script. The casting and other pre-production processes will be finalized by mid-2024. No actors have been officially approached yet.
