Congress’s Mohammad Azharuddin has lost to Bharat Rashtra Samithi’s Maganti Gopinath by over 16,000 votes in the Jubilee Hills constituency of Telangana. Although Congress has secured a majority of seats in the Telangana election, Bharat Rashtra Samithi continues its grip on the Hyderabad region.
