A son of a BJP functionary has allegedly been defrauded by a loan application and paid Rs 45 lakh against a loan amount of Rs 6 lakh. The fraudsters have been harassing his family members by posting morphed photos on social media. The victim is currently hospitalized due to depression. The incident has been reported to the police and ongoing investigations are taking place.
