A security guard who allegedly misbehaved with a 7-year-old girl at a function in Malleswaram in May 2022 has been sentenced to three years imprisonment under the POCSO Act. The girl’s family lodged a complaint, leading to the arrest of the accused and subsequent trial. The court convicted the accused and imposed a fine along with the prison sentence.
