The Naveen Patnaik government expands the Biju Swasthya Kalyan Yojana to include all rural families in Odisha except income tax payees and government employees. The scheme currently covers 96 lakh families and will now include 14 lakh more, bringing the total number of beneficiaries to 1.1 crore.
