Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chief S Somanath offered prayers at Pournamikavu Temple in Thiruvananthapuram on the occasion of Vijayadashami. He talked about the significance of worshipping knowledge and his pursuit of understanding the universe. Somanath expressed his happiness in being a part of preserving the cultural tradition for the next generation. The ISRO chief emphasized the role of gurus in the educational process and their initiation of students into a new regime of learning.
