Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated and laid the foundation for various projects worth Rs 1,150 crore in the Union Territory of Lakshadweep. These projects aim to enhance internet speed, improve communication infrastructure, provide clean drinking water, and boost healthcare and education services in the islands. Modi also dedicated a solar power plant and laid the foundation stone for the renovation of a primary health care facility and the construction of five model Anganwadi centres.
