Ministers are under pressure to get broadcasters to broadcast England’s Test series against India on free-to-air television to prevent a TV blackout. The Government is being urged to hammer out a deal involving both free-to-air and paid-for services, while the Lib Dems have demanded that the series be seen by the entire nation. As of now, the series is yet to find a home on British television.
