The memoir reportedly discusses the former ISRO chief K Sivan’s alleged attempt to obstruct Somanath’s appointment. Somanath stated that he did not write the controversial content and wants to ensure the book does not create any misrepresentations. He plans to make a decision about the book’s release at a later time.
