Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has announced that the government will provide LPG gas cylinders at Rs 450 from January 1 next year to beneficiaries under the ‘Rasoi Gas Cylinder Subsidy Scheme’. A total of 12 cylinders will be provided in a year to beneficiaries and the subsidy will be transferred to their accounts. Beneficiaries of the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana and selected BPL families will be eligible for the scheme.
