Prime Minister Narendra Modi conveyed birthday wishes to the Dalai Lama on his 90th birthday, acknowledging him as a symbol of love, compassion, and moral discipline. Special prayers were offered by Tibetan Buddhist monks in exile at the Dorjidak Monastery near Shimla.
