A former SpaceX employee has filed a lawsuit against Elon Musk, alleging that she was wrongfully terminated for taking too many bathroom breaks. The employee, who suffers from Crohn's disease, claims that she was discriminated against due to her medical condition. According to the lawsuit, the woman's firing came after she exceeded the company's limits on bathroom breaks, which were necessary due to her health condition. The plaintiff argues that SpaceX violated the Americans with Disabilities Act by firing her over a disability-related issue. The lawsuit also alleges that the company failed to provide reasonable accommodations for the employee's medical condition, as required by law. The former employee is seeking compensation for lost wages and benefits, as well as punitive damages. In response to the lawsuit, a SpaceX spokesperson stated that the company denies the allegations and plans to vigorously defend itself in court.
