Television star Naman Shaw, known for his role as Adit Saxena in Mangal Lakshmi, has spilled the beans on how he stays fit despite a packed shooting schedule. Gym time is rare for him, but he stays active in clever ways! "Gymming is tough with our tight schedule, so I squeeze it in whenever I can — maybe three or four times a month," Naman said honestly. But wait, that doesn’t mean he ignores fitness. Instead, he puts big efforts into watching his diet carefully. "I prioritize my diet, avoiding unhealthy junk food and outside food. I also try to limit my sweet intake, despite loving them," he revealed. Naman’s workday itself turns into a fitness session! Standing for 8 to 10 hours on set is like a cardio workout. He explains, "The distance between my makeup room and the set is quite a bit, and I make 10-20 trips a day. Whenever I get free time, I take a walk around the sets." His fitness motto? "It’s all about lifestyle, really!" Easy and powerful! Surprisingly, Naman also stays active at home. Helping with chores like cleaning the kitchen or sweeping floors is his way to keep moving and join forces with his wife. He shared, "I feel the house belongs to both the man and the woman. I love taking care of my home... During the pandemic, we all shared responsibilities. I take pride in helping my wife — it’s all about teamwork." With a glorious career featuring hits like Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, Kasamh Se, and Kasautii Zindagii Kay, Naman Shaw proves that fitness doesn’t always need heavy gym sessions. It can come from smart eating, daily movement, and teamwork at home. So, no excuses - fitness is a lifestyle, and Naman lives it with style!
