Anthony Edwards, one of the NBA's bright stars, is now in a spicy courtroom drama with his ex-girlfriend, singer and social media influencer Ayesha Howard. The drama heats up as Ayesha is demanding a whopping $500,000 and a public apology from Edwards. But what kicked off this wild ride? It all started last October when Ayesha welcomed their daughter, Aubri. Since then, the two have been battling hard for custody. On top of the money, Ayesha wants Edwards to publicly fix what she calls "false and defamatory or misleading statements" he made about her. She took these issues to the Los Angeles Superior Court with a motion filed on August 6. But the drama doesn’t stop there! Both sides are pointing fingers, blaming each other for delays. Court papers say Ayesha hasn’t yet signed the custody deal a judge ordered back in May. She even accused Anthony of being heartless and claimed he told her to get an abortion — talk about a shocking allegation! Things got messier when Ayesha reportedly verbally attacked Edwards multiple times and shared private text messages to back her claims about their troubled relationship. To cool things down, she tried to add a non-disparagement clause and limits on sharing pictures of little Aubri on social media.
